Training Options:

One On One Training Sessions - will be facilitated by a Training For Life Professional who will design and structure your training session to help you reach all your goals. 

** Approx. Training Time: 60 Mins **

One On Two, Three or Four Training Sessions - can be arranged by family members, friends or co workers who are interested in training together. The program will be determined by the participants, designed and facilitated by a Training For Life Professional who will help them reach all their goals. ** Approx. Training Time: 65 - 75 Mins **

Open Group Training Sessions (for adults and athletes) - is a open enrollment opportunity, based on a first come first serve basis. The program is designed by a Training For Life Professional to improve your health, fitness and/or athletic performance.  The Open Group Training Sessions require a 5 person Min to run with a 9 person Max. ** Please note that Group Training Sessions can be reserved at any time  and filled with family members, friends, co workers or athletic teams with a Min. of 5 and a Max. of 9 participants. **  (Call for Pricing)
