Meet the Training For Life Professionals

Trent Patterson, CSCS - is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, who has been training athletes for over 16 years. Understanding what it takes to improve athletic performance, Trent has been sharing his experience with the athletes of the Southern Tier for the last 13 years. He has recently developed a training system called "Training For Life", which is designed to help jump start your journey to becoming a healthier person, lose weight and maintain weight loss. Erin Deyo, CSCS - is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She has a bachelors degree from Cornell University and is currently finishing her Master's degree in Exercise Science at SUNY Cortland. Erin's philosophy is "Fitness = Freedom". She believes no matter what stage of life you are in, increasing your fitness will increase your freedom. Whether you want to increase your endurance so that you have the freedom to run a marathon or whether you want to increase your strength in order to free yourself to get up out of a chair. Jason Chier, CSCS - is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has a bachelors degree from Ithaca College where he majored in Exercise Science and Health. Having trained with Trent for the past 7 years he too knows what it takes to improve athletic performance and overall health and wellness. While training and learning the sport of football from Trent, he was able to become a two time collegiate  All - American at two different positions.
